The hotel's location is perfect, right by Jing'an Temple and the Metro line, surrounded by shopping centers and restaurants. the breakfast was outstanding with a variety of delicious meals. - I truly enjoyed my stay at this venue.

cool hotel, very central location near to the metro stations, well-trained staff, executive bar area. huge & well-equipped rooms with ac and amazing pillows, as example. outstanding and good breakfast except for the coffee, with good food. lovely pool, parking nearby. everything perfect. special stay, as always.

The hotel was clean and the location was great, close enough to the city center of Nanjing Road or train station. This was a nice stay for a business trip with excellent prices. - Really enjoyed the food selection, meals were fresh and they have a lot of options.

When we arrived our reservation which included breakfast was not accepted later the assistant manager of the hotel changed this and breakfast was not charged. Their business center operates poorly.

We liked the hotel, it was perfect and fairly clean. Our room with amazing pillows was a nice size and well-equipped. Also, the property was close to a subway station. Had an extra special stay here.

I enjoyed the room and the facilities. Its very near most of the places I wanted to go to. Transporation like taxi and subway is so easy. I even took the subway from the airport straight to the hotel.
I did not like the fact that my room was at the back facing another building. Service have deteriorated through the years.

The lobby was very nice designed. I also liked the spa center.And lastly the hotel business type rooms were very nice designed. And the Business Lounge on 27 Th floor was a very good idea.
The door and the door direction of the bathroom. It is just looking to the side of the bed..
